• Access to your data is restricted to authorised EasyNLV Spain staff and trusted third-party service providers involved in your case (e.g. translators, document runners).

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to complete your application and any related legal obligations. Typically, this is no more than 12 months after the completion of your visa process, unless otherwise agreed.
